BIDDENDEN NORTH STREET 1. 5272 (west side) No 27 (Lilac House) TQ 8538 16/75 16.8.62. II
2. C17. Two storeys and attics faced with fishscale tiles. Half-hipped tiled roof with 2 hipped dormers. Three casement windows with small square leaded panes. Doorcase with a flat hood now covered by a modern tiled canopy and a door of 3 fielded panels. Portion at north end on ground floor only with pentice roof.
