2. C18. L-shaped. 2 storeys. Ground floor red brick or stone rubble. 1st floor tile hung. Hipped tiled roof with eaves cornice. 3 casement windows facing north, 3 sash windows facing east with glazing bars intact. 2 small modern shop windows and doorway made in the corner of the east front.
Little Folly forms a group with No 107 which is of local interest.
