These adjoin Nos 1-5 (consec) and are part of the same building though of much lower elevation and simpler details. 1845-50. 3 storeys red brick. 1 sash each. Simple doorcases with rectangular fanlights. The census returns for 1851 show a large number of occupants were employed by the railway company.
Nos 1-8 Barrowhill Place form a group.
