The first sentence of part 2 should be amended to read:
Once a General Baptist Meeting house, later divided into 2 cottages but now one property.
1. 5272 SMARDEN WATER LANE
The Meeting House TQ 8742 23/52 II 2. Once a Quaker meeting house, later divided into 2 cottages but now one property. A late mediaeval hall-house, the south-east wing refronted in the C18. The north-west wing has its timber-framing and plaster infilling exposed, the south-east wing is refronted with red brick on the ground floor and tile-hung above. Hipped tiled roof. Four casement windows. Doorcases with pediment shaped hoods on brackets.

Once a Quaker meeting house, Closed in 184 when a new chapel opened in the High Street, later divided into 2 cottages but now one property. A late mediaeval hall-house, the south-east wing refronted in the 18th century. The north-west wing has its timber-framing and plaster infilling exposed, the south-east wing is refronted with red brick on the ground floor and tile-hung above. Hipped tiled roof. Four casement windows. Doorcases with pediment shaped hoods on brackets. (2)
