Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5272 GREAT CHART GOLDWELL LANE Goldwell TQ 94 SE 15/33 14.2.67. II 2. Probably C17 building. L-shaped. Two storeys. The south wing is faced with stone rubble with a red brick addition at its west end, the east wing is stone rubble on the ground floor and red brick and tile-hung above, the north wing is of red brick. Hipped tiled roof. Casement windows. Two storeys. Two windows facing south, 3 windows facing east. The east front has a doorcase with flat hood over and a chimney breast at its north end.
