The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5272 BETHERSDEN PARIS CORNER Paris House TQ 94 SW 14/30 14.2.67 II 2. C15 to C16 timber-framed cottage, with plaster infilling and curved braces on the 1st floor. The 1st floor of the west front oversailing on the protruding ends of the floor joists, the ground floor of the east end of the north front rebuilt in red brick. Hipped thatched roof with tiled pentice behind. Casement windows. Two storeys, 2 windows.
