CHARING HIGH STREET (west side) No 5

(Formerly listed as Nos 5 and 7 (The Royal Oak Public House))

GV II C18 with mid C19 facade. Two storeys stuccoed. Tiled roof. Two gables with wooden bargeboards. Moulded stringcourse. Four sashes with verticals only and two blanks to first floor. The ground floor has three modern windows, one blank and three doors. The side elevation is of red brick with grey headers. Included for group value.
