The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5272 BETHERSDEN WISSENDEN Little Odiam TQ 94 SW 14/35 14.2.67 II 2. C16 or earlier timber-framed building with plaster infilling on curved braces. The first floor oversailing on the protruding ends of the floor joists and brackets. Steeply-pitched tiled roof. Two storeys. Four casement windows with diamond-shaped leaded panes.
