The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5344 ULLEY ROAD (North East Side) Old Mill Cottage TR 04 NW 4/110 II GV
2. A C16 timber-framed hall house now divided into 2 cottages. 2 storeys Kentish ragstone with red brick dressings and window quoins. Brick relieving arches. 3 casement windows in all. Steeply pitched hipped tiled roof with chimneystack. Interior contains dragon beams, chamfered beams on inglenook fireplace on the ground floor and an early C16 stone fireplace on the 1st floor.
Millers Ley forms a group with Old Mill Cottage.
