Late 15th century. 16.9m E-W x 7.6m N-S, comprising of 5 bays and originally a central wagon way with full height doors at the front and probably lower doors at the rear. These doorways have both now been filled. The original weatherboarding and daub panelling has been replaced by 18th-19th century weatherboarding. A lean-to on the east side dates to the 19th century. Brickwork at the east and south walls dates to the mid 20th century when a lean-to on the southern side was demolished. A lean-to on the western side also dates to the mide 20th century. (2)

Sturctural assessment concluded that if it is to be converted into accomodation a complete overhaul will be needed, though in its present state it is structurally stable. (3)
