The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5344 CHURCH ROAD (North-west Side) Willesborough No 96 TR 04 SW 3/132A II GV 2. No 96 is attached to the rear of No 94. Early C19. 2 storeys painted brick. Hipped slate roof. 2 sashes with glazing bars intact. Protruding doorcase with pilasters and cornice.
Nos 88. 94 and 96 form a group.
