TR 04 SE SMEETH THE RIDGEWAY (east side) 1/136 Park Cottage GV II House. Cl7 or earlier, clad Cl8, extended Cl9 and C20. Timber framed and clad with painted brick and tile hung. Extended with tile hung and painted brick and weather boarded wings. Plain tiled roof. Two storey on high plinth, with tile hanging on 1st floor, hipped roof with stack to rear left. Wooden casement on each floor. Extended to right by long tile hung range, with 5 wooden casements on 1st floor, blocked doorway with flat hood to left and pentice to right. Present entry by half-glazed door in weather boarded hipped single storey wing to rear. Included for group value.
