House, former farmhouse. Cl7 timber frame, C18 brick to ground floor, tile hung above, steeply hipped plain tile roof with central brick stack. 2 storeys, regular facade of 2 windows. C20 casements, segmented heads to ground floor openings. Central C20 plank and stud door in large hipped porch on re-used timber posts. C19 brick and weather board pentice to right.
