2. C17 or earlier timber framed building refronted in the C18 except for No 43 which was presumably added then. Two storeys and attics, red brick, the 1st floor of No 43 tile hung, the ground floor of Nos 47 and 49 partly coursed stone. Tiled roof with 4 hipped dormers, 8 windows, casements except to No 43 which has sash windows with glazing bars intact. No 49 was once 2 cottages.
