The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5272 KINGSNORTH STEEDS LANE Sticketts Farmhouse TR 03 NW 20/13 II 2. C16 or earlier 2 storeyed timber-framed building, with some timbering and, plaster infilling exposed at the back, but refronted with red brick on the ground floor and tile-hang above. Hipped tiled roof. Three casement windows. Outshut to rear.
