The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5344 STATION ROAD (East Side) Industrial building belonging to Knowles Removals and Storage TR 04 SW 3/256 II 2. Mid C19. 4 storeys stock brick. Slate roof. Pilasters run the whole height of the building and are joined by cantered arcading. Weatherboarded lucam. Spherical ties. 4 windows including some fixed casements.
