The following text is from the original listed building designation:
TR 03 NW BILSINGTON ASHFORD ROAD (east side) 3/53 Fagg's Cottage GV II House. Late C17. Painted brick and plain tiled roof. One storey and attic with gambrel roof with raking dormer and stack cluster to centre right. Three leaded wooden casements and leaded round-headed casement in outshot to left. Boarded door to centre left. Included for group value.
