The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5272 EGERTON WANDEN ROAD Wanden Timber-framed barn to north-east of Wanden Farmhouse TQ 84 NE 9/53A II 2. C18 or earlier timber-framed building with plaster infilling and curved braces, the south front weatherboarded. Originally thatched roof but now covered in corrugated iron. Kentish ragstone casts attached.
