The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5272 EGERTON BEDLAM LANE Watersheet Farmhouse TQ 84 NE 9/52 II 2. Probably part of a late mediaeval hall-house. A timber-framed building refaced with brick, now painted, on the ground floor and tile-hung above. Steeply-pitched hipped tiled roof. Two casement windows. C18 L-addition to the east.
