The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5273 LITTLEBOURNE HIGH STREET (north-east side)
Nos 14 to 20 (even) TR 2057 35/459

2. C17 or earlier timber-framed cottages refaced with stucco but No 14 retains the overhang of its first floor. Tiled roof with 4 dormers. Nos 18 and 20 have an C18 cornice and parapet. Five windows in all, mainly casement windows. No 14 retains one original mullioned window opening on ground floor. Two small bays on ground floor. Simple doorcases.
