1. 5273 LITTLEBOURNE NARGATE STREET (south-east side)
No 34 (Grove Cottage). No 36 (Devon Cottage) (formerly listed as No 32) TR 2157 35/482 30.1.67

2. C17 or earlier. Timber-framed building with red brick infilling, No 34 refaced with brick in 1725. Two storeys. Hipped thatched roof with 2 eyebrows to No 34. Five casement windows in all. No 34 has a stone inscribed "M B 1725". Also an external brick chimneystack with tumbling-in and bread oven. Simple doorcases.
