2. Formerly the Duke of Cumberland Inn. C18. Two storeys and attics. Red brick with some grey headers. Hipped tiled roof with 2 dormers to Pear Tree Cottage. Stringcourse. Six windows in all. Casement windows on first floor. Sashes with glazing bars intact to ground floor. Cumberland Cottage has a simple cambered doorcase in the side elevation. The doorcase to Pear Tree Cottage is not visible from the street.
