The following text is from the original listed building designation:
In the entry for: SEA WALL 1/194 (North-West Side) Silvester Silvester shall be amended to read Store to east of Sea View Bungalow
SEA WALL 1. 5273 (North-West Side) Silvester TR 1066 NE 1/194 II GV 2. Timber-framed 2 storey store of the early C19, weatherboarded with box sash windows, glazing bars complete with gothic head. Tiled roof.

It was damaged in the storm of 1987 and demolished as a result.
