The following text is from the original listed building designation:
SEA WALL 1. 5273 (North-West Side) 6 Fisherman's Stores (rear and side of The Boat House). (Formerly listed as part of The Beach Stores (Nos 1 to 11) between the Yacht Club and Reeves Beach) TR 1066 NE 1/17B 13.7.64. II GV 2. A range of six 2 storey gabled timber-framed fishermans' stores of mid C19, having tarred weatherboarding externally. Miscellaneous collection o windows and double doors at ground level. Old clay tiled roof with valley gutter between. some windows fitted with folding timber shutters.
