Full Description

[TQ 59315755] Flint implements found (NAT) (1) 21.6.1903 "Found hundreds of neolithic flakes, two celts on the bare sand" in Court Lodge field, west (Great Field). 23.1.1906 Neolithic settlement in Great Field. (2) No further information: the OS siting falls in an unnamed pasture field thought to be the Great Field, but this could not be verified. (3)

2015 Volunteer Project suggested that TQ 55 NE 12 corresponds to NWK-6, No. 23, 24 + 25 from the Southern Rivers Palaeolithic Project.
