The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. CHESTFIELD ROAD 5273 Chestfield Gas lantern and Column outside No 107 (Upper Meadow) TR 16 NW 4/274 II 2. Mid C19 lantern. Large lower circular base and smaller centre section and fluted upper section to column having 2 arms intact. 4 curved ogee braces supporting lantern having a smaller base than top. Sloping roof terminating in anthemion foliage at the 4 corners. Gas lit.
