The following text is from the original listed building designation:
GOLDEN HILL 1. 5273 (North-West Side) No 18 (Millstrood Farmhouse) TR 16 NW 4/30 II 2. C17 house with C19 T wing added at the east end. 2 storeys and attic. 2 windows, 1 dormer. Painted brick. Modillion eaves cornice. Tiled roof. Glazing bars intact in windows. Buttresses on ground floor between the windows and a modern round window. The T piece added at the east end is now a separate house (The Willows) which is not included.
