BELLE VUE ROAD 1. 5273 (East Side) Downs Farm House TR 16 NW 4/29 II 2. Early C19 brickwork encasing C18 original. 2 storeys and attic. 3 window. 2 hipped dormers. Front brindle brick with red brick window dressings, quoins and modillion eaves cmnice consisting of 3 courses of bricks, centre course inserted diagonally. Glazing bars intact in windows. Modern gabled porch.
