BELMONT ROAD 1. 5273                                                (South Side)                                                No 12                                                (Golden Lion Public House) TR 1066 SE 2/65 II                        GV 2. Public house, early to mid C19, having brick frontage, 3 storeys with a slated mansard roof and half hip at front.  Dentil course parapet in brick and moulded and shaped flat brick arches over 1st and 2nd floor windows, 4 in all with box ashes and glazing bars complete.  Ground floor fascia surmounted by a similar brick dentil and cornice, windows and doors modern. Return wits and rear watherboarded.
