The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. CHESTERFIELD ROAD 5275 Chestfield Gas Lantern and Column outside No 1()5 (The Dormy House) TR 16 NW 4/273 II Mid C19 lantern. Large lower circular base and smaller circular centre section, fluted upper section to co1umn having 2 arms intact. 4 curved ogee braces supporting lantern having smaller base than top. Sloping roof terminating in anthemion foliage at the 4 corners. Vents and finial.
