2. Built in 1907 in an Arts and Crafts Gothic style. Architect was a Mr Butterford. 4 storeys stone. Gable fronted. Slate roof. Parapet with blank shields. 6 mullioned or mullioned and transomed windows with leaded lights; some with curved heads. Off centre oriel extending through 2 floors. 4 pilasters. Plinth. 2 segmental-arched windows on ground floor with moulded voussoirs and 2 segmental doorcases with fanlights.
Nos 25 to 29 (consec) & Cottages situated to south west of main Eastbridge Hospital Building form a group.
