2. Mid C19. 3 storeys basement and attics. Slate mansard roof with 8 pedimented dormers. 8 sashes with stone cills, some with glazing bars intact. Rusticated ground floor. Nos l2, 12A and 15 retain their stone balustrade. 7 steps to ground level.
Municipal Buildings, Nos 12, 12A & Nos 14 to 23 (consec) form a group.
