Description from record TR 15 NE 52:
Nos 12 (sic) to 16 Dover Street [TR 15205748 - sited from HHR map]. Grade II. 15thc building largely refaced in the 18thc. (1) Nos 12-13 Dover Steet. Timber-framed building, much altered. No 14 Dover Street. One bay of timber-framed building. No 15 Dover Street. Two bays of timber-framed building No 16 Dover Street. One bay of timber-framed building. (2)

2. C15 building largely refaced in C18 but preserving the overhang of the lst floor. 2 storeys and attics stuccoed above ground floor painted brick. Tiled roofs with 1 hipped dormer to each. 1 sash to each with glazing bars intact. Ground floors have Georgian 3 light bays. No 12 has an early C19 shopfront and 2 windows. Simple fireplaces and cupboards inside. '
