2. Originally with Nos 40-43. Late C14 altered in C19. 3 storeys painted brick. Hipped old tiled roof. Second floor has 2 C19 sashes. First floor has 2 C19 bays. Overhang. C19 shopfront. Side elevation has original 4 light mullions. Side elevation along Butchery Lane.
Nos 38 to 44 (consec) and Nos 1 to 9 (consec) Butchery Lane together with Nos 1 to 8A (consec) and Nos 10 to 16 Mercery Lane form a group.
