Summer Hill, Broadoak TR 16 SE 4/597 6.5.74
II 2. Early C15 timber-framed original open hall of 2 bays with parlour cross-wing, refaced in brick in C18. Two storeys. Tiled roof with C17 central chimneystack. Three casement windows. Simple doorcase. The service end of the original hall-house is now missing. The interior contains a central crown-post of cruciform cross-section type, smoke-blackened rafters and parlour cross wing roof of rafter and collar type.
