2. Timber-framed building, originally an open hall of one bay with a 2 storey bay at each end dating from before 1400, ceiled over at the end of the C16. Exterior altered in C18 when an extra bay was added. Two storeys. Ground floor rebuilt in red brick, first floor has curved braces with plaster infilling. Steeply-pitched hipped tiled roof with C17 chimneystack. Three casement windows. Later gabled porch. Interior has the original hall partition intact at the north end and some stone in the chimney of C13 ecclesiastical origin.
