2. Circa 1800. Two storeys red brick. Hipped tiled roof with wooden eaves bracket cornice in front, probably added and brick modillion eavee cornice at sides. Three sashes with glazing bars intact. Doorcase with engaged columns, deep entablature and projecting cornice.
