2. Dated 1861. Architect Sir George Gilbert Scott. This was the servants' wing to Lee Priory. Asymmetrical house of 2 storeys. Red brick with grey brick diaper patterns and stone window dressings. Slate roof with gable. Five mullioned windows. Belvedere with spire and weathervane. Chimneystack with the initials 'P D P 1861'. Simple doorcases.
