2. The original Fordwich House demolished by fire 1928. The present house is a former outbuilding converted into a dwelling. Probably Cl7. Timber-framed building of 2 storeys with red brick infilling and tiled roof. Three gables, the 2 to the south with one window each on both storeys, modern casements. The gable to the right mainly modern and rendered is joined to a range of outbuildings.
