No 14 Mercery Lane [TR 14965782 - sited from OS 1/1250 1974]. Grade II. 17th century and later. (1) No 14 Mercery Lane. Timber-framed house, incorporating part of earlier timber-framed building. (2)

1. 944 MERCERY LANE (East Side)
No 14 TR 1457 NE 4/266 3.5.67.
II GV 2. C17 and later. 3 storeys pseudo-timber framed and plastered. Tiled mansard roof. 2 C18 sashes with glazing bars intact set in moulded wooden architraves. Overhang. Modern shop front.
Nos 1 to 8A (consec), Nos 10 to 16 (consec), Nos 38 to 44 (consec) Burgate together with Nos 1 to 9 (consec) Butchery Lane form a group.
Also Nos 10 to 16 (consec) form a group together with Nos 6A & 7 The Parade.
