Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
HARBOUR STREET 1. 5273 (North-West Side) No 29 (Tudor Restaurant) No 30 TR 1066 NE 1/100 II 2. Late C17 single storey building with attic. Rendered brick. Later half hip slate roof behind which lies the original building. 1 dormer with flat roof and lay bars. 1 fixed light, glazing bars complete, in the centre by main chimney stack. Early C19 shop front and door to No 30 and modern "Tudor" front to No 29.
