2. Early C19. 3 storeys attics and semi-basement. Ground floor fronted with wood painted in imitation of rustication, above painted brick. Bracket eaves cornice. Half-hipped slate roof with 1 dormer. 1 curved window on the ground and 1st floors. Glazing bars intact.
Nos 2 and 4 East Street form a group.
