2. A square early C18 house. 2 storeys brick, partly painted, partly plastered. Tiled roof with coved eaves cornice. 2 dormers on the east front and 1 on the north. 4 sashes with glazing bars intact. On bay window on ground floor.
Hoath Farm, the Bailiff's Cottage and the barn form a group.
