No 1 Cathedral Precincts [TR 14985787 sited from OS 1/1250 1974]. Grade II. A small 16th century timber-framed house. (1) Probably 16th - 17th century. (2)

2. A small C16 timber-framed house with a rough plaster front in which sash windows have been inserted in the C18. 2 storeys and gable with attic window in it. 2 windows. Bay window on the lst floor beneath the gable and 2 bays on the ground floor. Glazing bars intact.
Nos 1 to 7 (consec) form a group.
