2. An early C20 building incorporating earlier masonry. 2 storeys flint with stone dressings. Some fragments of Mediaeval masonry are incorporated in the walls, Stone parapet, Metal-framed casements with hoof mouldings over on ground floor.

No 9 The Cathedral Precints, Grade II [TR 15005793 - sited from HHR map]. An early 20th century building incorporating earlier masonry. Some fragments of medieval masonry are incorporated in the walls. (2-3)
