2. A C15 timber-framed building refaced with miscellaneous fronts. 2 storeys stuccoed. No 2 is brick with curved gable. Tiled roof. Early C19 shopfronts. The interior has exposed beams.
Nos 1 to 5 (consec) form a group.

2-5 Dover Street [TR 15145752 sited from OS 1/1250 1972]. Grade II. A 15th century timber framed building refaced with miscellaneous fronts. (2) No 2 Dover Street. One bay of timber framed house. Refronted late C19th. No 3 Dover Street. One bay of timber framed building. Refronted early C19th. No 4 Dover Street. Two bays of timber framed building. Rear wing has C17th brick end wall. Refronted C19th. No 5 Dover Street. One bay of timber framed building. Refronted C19th.C18th brick extension at rear. (3)
