The following text is from the original listed building designation:

No 1 TR 1557 NW 5/151 3.12.49.

2. C18. 2 storeys attics and basement. Cemented. Roof has 2 dormers and bracket eaves cornice. 3 windows, including 2 curved bays on both floors on either side of the door. Glazing bars missing. Doorcase has open pediment, Tuscan columns and semi-circular fanlight. Plinth. 3 stone steps. Rear elevation is tile-hung. The left side elevation has part of a mediaeval flint and stone wall incorporated in it.
