2. Early C19. The front facing Oater Hill is stuccoed, the ground floor is rusticated. 3 storeys, 4 windows and 1 blank window space. The front facing Old Dover Road contains a good doorway with pilasters, pediment supported on consoles, rectangular fanlight and 6 panel moulded door.
