12 Palace Street [TR 14985804 - sited from HHR map] Grade II.  A 16thctimber-framed house refronted.  (1) No 12 Palace Street. Timber-framed house, 16th century or earlier. (2)

2. A C16 timber-framed house refronted.  2 storeys and gable imitation timber- framed and plastered.  Tiled roof,  Decorated bargeboards with pendants. 1 mullioned window.  Ground floor has a C19 bay supported on brackets.
Church of St Alphege and Nos 10 to 28 (consec) form a group.
