Description from record TR 15 NW 392:
No 36 St Dunstan's Street [TR 14255834 sited from OS 1/1250 1970]. Grade II. A 17th century timber framed house refronted in the 18th century. (1) No 36 St Dunstan's Street. Probably medieval timber framed house. 18th - 19th century. One storey extensions at rear. (2)

2. A C17 timber-framed house refronted in the C18. 2 storeys painted brick with protruding gable. Tiled roof. 2 sashes set in moulded wooden architrave with glazing bars intact and 1 3-light casement. Overhang and bressumer on left side. Ground floor has later shopfront.
Nos 34 to 38 (consec) together with Nos 2 to 8 (consec) Whitstable Road form a group.
